Qualifications

• Experience completing all developmental training for labor category.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Deep understanding of labor category activities to meet mission requirements.
• Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies.
• Ability to define new or unique research approaches for rigorous assessments.
• Ability to analyze analytic operations and clearly articulate findings.
• Ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments and solid support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source intelligence analysis using diverse data sources to assess and report on national security issues.
• Monitor PIRs/CCIRs/RFIs and provide timely updates to J2 leadership.
• Develop, review, and publish classified and unclassified intelligence products per standards.
• Coordinate with federal and interagency partners to identify intelligence requirements for operations.
• Brief National Guard senior leaders and produce recurring intelligence reports and EXSUMs.
• Deploy in support of contingency operations within four hours of notification as needed.
• Maintain 24/7 readiness and update SOPs and continuity documentation.
