Job summary

Celestar is seeking an Incident & Awareness Assessment Course Instructor- Mid to join a contract with a federal government client. The role involves leading all-source analysis and delivering expert instruction on national security topics, with travel and deployments expected.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of experience, and TS/SCI clearance, and be prepared to coordinate with interagency partners in a dynamic training environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience including instruction.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis using intelligence from multiple sources to assess national security issues.
• Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations.
• Conduct up to 10 IAA mobile training sessions within the 54.
• Update POI materials, course schedule, and rosters; coordinate facilities.
• Submit POI and materials for government review and approval.
• Coordinate guest instructors and interagency partners.
• Review student critiques and report class results to leadership.
• Deliver updates to POI materials to keep training current.
• Assist with processing DAART account requests and user agreements.
• Deliver reporting to leadership and coordinate governance meetings.
• Travel and deployments as required.
