Job summary

Aim Point Innovation LLC is seeking an experienced intelligence professional to provide all-source analysis and threat assessments for plans and exercises related to foreign and adversarial systems. This TS/ SCI secured role involves supporting red force simulations, threat modeling, and contributing to briefings and written products for customers at tactical, operational, and strategic levels.

You will generate VOLTs, CIP, and threat summaries, conduct Threat Steering Groups with USMC partners,

Qualifications

• Maintain contact and collaborate with counterparts across MCIA and other intelligence organizations to stay abreast of current developments.
• Deliver subject matter expertise to support development of new processes, procedures, and technologies.
• Conduct peer reviews and reviews of intelligence products for internal and external coordination.
• Provide portfolio specific analysis and intelligence production as specified.
• Conduct Threat Steering Groups with USMC partners to identify risk drivers for potential materiel solutions.
• Produce and deliver VOLTs, CIP, and Threat Summaries to support JCIDS and the Defense Acquisition System.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and operational insights related to foreign and adversarial weapons systems.
• Support joint and service-level exercises with realistic Red Force planning input.
• Assist in threat laydowns and engagement scenarios.
• Collaborate with Blue Force analysts to assess system vulnerabilities.
• Generate intelligence briefings and reports on adversary capabilities and strategic implications.
