Job summary

Hyundai Motor America is seeking a seasoned Incentive Operations Lead to own dealer incentive programs, ensure proper setup, governance, and payments while coordinating with Sales Planning, Marketing, Finance, Legal, IT, and Field Operations.

The role requires 6+ years in automotive incentives or sales operations, strong data analysis, SAP/BI experience, and a drive to improve processes and deliver timely leadership insights.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of progressively responsible experience in automotive incentives, sales operations, dealer operations, finance operations, program administration, analytics, reporting, or a related discipline.
• Experience with SAP, FIORI, incentive platforms, dealer systems, and business-intelligence tools is preferred. Tableau experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees and cross-functional teams, communicate with dealers and senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and document complex processes clearly.
• Ability to coordinate multiple launches, system changes, process improvements, reporting initiatives, and issue-resolution efforts while maintaining accuracy, controls, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead incentive operations for Hyundai Motor America; ensure accurate implementation, governance, communication, compliance, analysis, and execution of dealer incentive programs.
• Translate approved incentive strategies into clear program rules, reliable systems, accurate communications, controlled payment processes, meaningful business insights, and timely issue resolution.
