Job summary

Hyundai Motor Company is seeking a senior analytics professional to analyze dealer performance, market dynamics, and incentive effectiveness, developing data-driven strategies that maximize the impact of incentive dollars and align with sales objectives.

The role requires advanced quantitative analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario testing, with collaboration across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Hyundai Capital to design commercially relevant incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in automotive or related industry with a focus on incentives, pricing, financial analysis, dealer performance, or quantitative/competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze dealer performance, market dynamics, incentive effectiveness, and financial outcomes to develop data-driven incentive strategies.
• Utilize market intelligence, advanced quantitative analysis, financial modeling, scenario testing, and simulation to develop effective incentive programs.
• Develop and enhance models to forecast program effectiveness, costs, profitability, and financial impact.
• Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and executive-level presentations that support incentive and investment decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Field/Regional teams, Hyundai Capital, and other stakeholders to develop incentive strategies.
• Incorporate dealer and field insights into program design to improve engagement and sales performance.
• Monitor program effectiveness and financial results, recommending adjustments as needed.
• Manage vendors, budgets, payments, and other responsibilities in accordance with Company guidelines.
