Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work experience.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong math, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Experience with XML and SQL preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing of incentive programs, including scenario creation and reporting.
• Troubleshoot incidents and collaborate with IT to resolve issues.
• Document and sign off on test scenarios and results for audit readiness.
• Participate in project planning, requirements gathering, and release coordination.
• Deliver system demonstrations and training to contest team and stakeholders.
• Process month-end incentive results and verify data accuracy.
• Provide backup support for monthly updates to corporate contest information.
