Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking aProduct Manager to lead the lifecycle of a defined product area within the Partner Incentive Team.

You will own the roadmap, drive strategic prioritization, and coordinate across product, partner groups, and leadership to address business challenges. You will engage with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements, manage dependencies, and implement innovative methods for stakeholder input.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience in business/IT consulting, operations, or product management.
• Experience designing and optimizing business processes across multiple core domains (Order Management, Incentive Compensation, Sales Performance Management, etc.).
• Proven product management experience: strategy, roadmap, trade-offs, change management, systems management.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product roadmap, shaping strategy over 6–12 months with minimal guidance.
• Prioritize using customer feedback and performance data to align with portfolio strategy.
• Bridge product teams, partner groups, and leadership to align cross-functional needs.
• Identify dependencies, coordinate new features, and gather stakeholder input.
