Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined experience in business/IT consulting, operations management, or product management.
• Experience designing, delivering, or optimizing business processes across at least two core business capability domains (e.g., Order Management, Incentive Compensation, Sales Performance Management, Distribution Compensation, or Business Reporting).
• Practical experience in product management fields, including product strategy, defining product roadmap, managing product trade-offs, change management, and systems management.
• Proven experience delivering projects across the full lifecycle within Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap & strategy ownership over 6–12 months.
• Strategic prioritization with customer feedback, product performance, and dependencies.
• Cross-functional alignment between product teams, partner groups, and leadership.
• Requirements & execution: identify dependencies, coordinate features/improvements.
• Provide input for future technical direction and support business consulting within partner compensation.
