Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. in North Carolina is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap and drive cross-functional initiatives across business and IT teams in a hybrid work model.

You will shape strategy over 6–12 months, balance trade-offs, gather stakeholder input, and lead execution from concept to delivery while engaging leadership across partners.

Experience with Agile frameworks and a track record of translating business needs into practical product changes is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in business/IT consulting, ops management, or product management.
• Experience designing or optimizing business processes across two core domains (e.g., Order Management, Incentive Compensation).
• Experience in product management: strategy, roadmap, trade-offs, change management, and systems management.
• Experience delivering projects end-to-end within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) including sprint planning and backlog.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations, business cases, and roadmaps for cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Product Roadmap & Strategy Ownership: Maintain full ownership of a defined product roadmap, shaping strategy over 6-12-month horizons with minimal guidance.
• Strategic Prioritization: Develop multi-quarter prioritization plans by integrating feedback, performance, and dependencies while balancing cost, complexity, and impact.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Bridge product teams, partner groups, and leadership and align cross-functional needs.
• Requirements & Execution: Identify dependencies, coordinate features/improvements, and gather stakeholder input for implementation.
• Technical & Business Leadership: Contribute to future technical direction and support business consulting within partner compensation.
