Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is looking for a product leader to own the lifecycle of a defined product and drive strategy over a 6–12 month horizon.

You will coordinate with product teams, partner groups, and leadership to ensure alignment with portfolio goals and deliver customer-focused features. You will translate business needs into actionable roadmaps, make trade-offs on cost and impact, and contribute to future technical direction while applying Agile methods at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years in business/IT consulting, operations, or product management.
• Experience designing, delivering, or optimizing business processes across core capabilities such as Order Management, Incentive Compensation, Sales Performance Management, Distribution Compensation, or Business Reporting.
• Proven product management experience including strategy, roadmaps, trade-offs, change management, and systems management.
• Experience delivering projects across Agile lifecycles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
• Ability to present at executive levels and develop business cases and roadmaps for cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and strategy over 6–12 months, with minimal guidance.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer feedback, performance, and dependencies.
• Coordinate across product teams, partner groups, and leadership to align cross-functional needs.
• Identify dependencies, plan new features, and drive stakeholder input.
• Provide input on future technical direction and support business consulting within partner compensation.
