Qualifications

• Proven product management experience: strategy, roadmaps, trade-offs, and change management.
• Experience delivering projects in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience creating executive-level presentations, business cases, roadmaps, or decision frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product roadmap and strategy for defined horizons.
• Prioritize work by customer feedback, performance, and dependencies for multi-quarter plans.
• Bridge product teams, partner groups, and leadership to align cross-functional needs.
• Identify dependencies, coordinate new features, and gather stakeholder input.
• Provide input on future technical direction and support business consulting within partner compensation domain.
