Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, plus 5+ years of professional experience in Business/IT Consulting, Data Management, or Business/Functional Analytics.
• Experience analyzing, delivering, or optimizing workflows across at least two core business capability domains (e.g., Order Management, Incentive Compensation, Sales Performance Management, Distribution Compensation, or Business Reporting).
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), including user story creation, backlog prioritization, or sprint execution.

Responsibilities

• Process & Data Analysis: Model internal processes, rules, and data flows to develop value cases for initiatives.
• Data Intelligence: Generate complex reports and analyses from cross-functional sources to support decisions.
• Trend Synthesis: Identify patterns and key drivers, communicate results to partners.
• Requirements Definition: Translate problems into clear use cases and requirements.
• Operational Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement through analysis of drivers and practices.
