You will work with stakeholders, influence the strategic direction, and support consulting within the partner compensation domain, leveraging Agile practices to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in business/IT consulting, ops, or product management.
• Experience designing or optimizing business processes across multiple domains.
• Proven product management exposure: strategy, roadmap, trade-offs, change management.

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap and strategy over 6–12 months with minimal guidance.
• Prioritize across multiple quarters, balancing cost, complexity and impact.
• Bridge product teams, partner groups, and leadership to align needs.
• Coordinate features, gather stakeholder input, and drive execution.
• Provide input on future technical direction and support consulting efforts.
