Job summary

Hedge Fund Midtown NY is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the administration, analysis, and reporting of employee compensation programs with a focus on performance-based incentive compensation. This role requires strong analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to communicate complex compensation information to a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities include administering incentive compensation, reviewing accruals for accuracy, and producing detailed compensation reports

Qualifications

• At least four years of experience in compensation, finance, or financial analysis for an established hedge fund.
• Experience administering incentive compensation, bonus programs, or other variable pay plans is preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and compensation data.

Responsibilities

• Administering performance-based compensation programs, including calculating incentive and bonus payments in accordance with established compensation plans and methodologies.
• Reviewing and reconciling compensation accruals to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial reporting requirements.
• Producing compensation reports including executive summaries and analyses of compensation plans and performance metrics.
