Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in compensation, HR, finance, or analytics.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills with large data sets.
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support sales incentive plan administration and data processing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, Payroll and stakeholders.
• Assist with quarterly incentive processes and reconciliations.
• Provide day-to-day compensation support and market pricing guidance.
• Maintain data integrity in Workday and related systems.
