Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions’ solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products, including loans and deposits.
• Educates customers on digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
• Provides a consistent customer experience, greeting customers and processing transactions as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues; refer complex needs to internal experts.
