Responsibilities

• Leads a branch team to drive new revenue by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions solutions.
• Conducts outside sales to build new business while expanding existing relationships.
• Educates customers about Regions' products, including loans, deposits, and digital banking.
• Coaches branch associates through Regions' Sales, Service and Coaching process.
