The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a credit union or banking environment, plus strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations and ensure a welcoming, service-driven environment.
• Build strong member relationships and advocate for financial literacy.
• Resolve complex member needs with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.
• Oversee branch operations including cash management, vault and ATM controls, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Represent Austin Telco in the community with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Provide leadership coverage at nearby branches as needed.
