Job summary

Amplify Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Austin, TX to support the Branch Manager and run daily branch operations. You will supervise Teller and Personal Banker teams, maintain operational integrity, and coach staff for excellent member service.

Requirements include a GED, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and 3+ years in financial services with supervisory experience. On-site role with competitive pay and benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years of financial institution experience preferred, with branch operations background.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be bondable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership of Teller and Personal Banker teams.
• Ensure operational soundness within the branch and mitigate risk.
• Lead branch audits and quality-control efforts; support Branch Certification programs.
• Train and coach staff to promote service and operational excellence.
• Support branch operations including Teller transactions and Banker functions.
• Work independently, make sound decisions, and uphold policies and culture.
