A global biopharmaceutical company is looking for an Associate Director, Incentive Compensation to oversee incentive programs for its Rare Disease and Value and Access Business Units. This role requires at least 6 years of experience in the life sciences industry and 4 years in incentive compensation design. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership to create rewarding programs, manage incentive compensation processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Competenze

• 6+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech or life sciences experience.
• 4+ years of experience in incentive compensation design or sales operations.
• Experience managing complex processes on time and on budget.

• Collaborate with Business Unit leadership to design incentive programs.
