Job summary

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Incentive Compensation in the US to lead incentive programs across Rare Disease and Value & Access. You will design plans, manage implementation, and liaise with BU leadership to optimize field performance.

The role requires 6+ years in pharma/biotech, 4+ years in IC design or sales ops, and strong quantitative skills. Base salary ranges from $145,000 to $210,000 with eligibility for short-term incentives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years in incentive compensation design or sales operations.
• Strong quantitative modelling and goal-setting skills; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with cross-functional leaders.
• Drive IC plan innovation to reward high performance and align with objectives.
• Lead IC Advisory Board meetings with field team members.
• Manage IC vendor and oversee IC design, goal setting, payouts and reports.
• Provide consulting on IC best practices to BU and Sales/Marketing leaders.
• Develop clear communication tools to explain incentive plans to the field.
