Job summary

CSL Plasma Inc. in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking an Associate Director, Incentive Compensation to lead design, administration, and optimization of incentive programs across five US sales forces in a hybrid onsite/remote setup.

You will partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, HR, Legal, and external vendors to ensure plans are clear, compliant, and aligned with business goals while driving governance and field communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 8+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare commercial ops, sales ops, incentive compensation, analytics, or finance.
• Experience designing and administering incentive plans for multiple sales forces.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate strategy into operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, and administration of incentive plans across five US sales forces.
• Partner with commercial leaders to align plans with business priorities and field behavior.
• Lead planning processes: design input, goals, performance, payout, governance.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, Business Technology, Data Operations, and vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop field-facing communications, training materials, timelines, and FAQs.
• Analyze plan effectiveness, field performance trends, payout distribution, and risks/opportunities.
