Job summary

TD SYNNEX North America is seeking an Incentive Compensation Operations Analyst to support administration of incentive plans in the North America region, including SPIF and TDS Rewards. The role partners with Finance, HR and business leaders to establish processes, controls and improvements.

You will coordinate quarterly plan setup, assist in payout calculations, and maintain reporting within the incentive management tool. A hybrid work model applies with in-office and remote days.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficient with standard office technology and productivity tools.
• Strong analytical skills with data reconciliation accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication; professional in diverse settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and set up new incentive plans quarterly or annually.
• Support or lead payout processes including calculations and adjustments.
• Administer SPIF programs and TDS Rewards incentives.
• Perform month-end and quarter-end accruals and account analyses.
• Respond to inquiries from internal customers and training needs.
• Ensure compliance with compensation policies and procedures.
