Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to design, model, and optimize incentive and variable pay programs that support our manufacturing and corporate teams.In this role, you'll lead analysis of sales, operations, and HR data to evaluate plan effectiveness, develop financial models and dashboards, and present findings to executives while collaborating with HR, Finance, and line leaders.
