Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to design, model, and optimize incentive and variable pay programs supporting our manufacturing and corporate teams. You will lead analysis of sales, operations, and HR data to evaluate plan effectiveness, and recommend data-driven improvements.

Develop financial models, payout calculators, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations while partnering with HR, Finance, and line leaders for total rewards strategies.
