Job summary

Naturally Network is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager (Inbound 2nd) in Illinois to oversee a distribution center, drive safety, efficiency, and accuracy across shifts, and partner with leadership to meet performance targets.

You will mentor supervisors and staff, implement LEAN initiatives, manage safety programs, and ensure compliance while controlling costs and maintaining high quality standards in a fast-paced, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with LEAN or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other operational software.
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple departments within a single distribution center (DC) to meet performance targets.
• Foster a high-performance culture and improve efficiency.
• Lead warehouse supervisors and associates across shifts.
• Set expectations and drive collaboration and accountability.
• Lead LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations.
