Job summary

Weee! Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to own 2nd shift Outbound Warehouse Operations at our Randolph’s fulfillment center in Hodgkins, IL.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will lead a frontline team to hit daily throughput targets while building leadership capacity and maintaining a safe working environment. You will manage end-to-end outbound execution, coordinate policies, monitor KPIs, and drive cost-efficient processes in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse/fulfillment operations
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role
• WMS experience, KPI/productivity tracking
• Proficient computer skills, including Excel and reporting tools
• Able to work 2nd shift consistently

Responsibilities

• Own 2nd shift Outbound execution end-to-end, with primary focus on Dry and Fresh/Frozen operations
• Maintain outbound distribution operations by enforcing policies and procedures
• Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient workflows
• Manage frontline teams in a high-volume fulfillment environment
• Ensure compliance with warehousing and shipping requirements
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents with security procedures
• Plan layouts, inspect equipment, and arrange repairs/replacements
• Contribute to annual budgeting and cost control actions
• Schedule and assign employees and follow up on results
• Support team efforts and related outcomes as needed
