Qualifications

• 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred in Business Management or Supply Chain.
• Must obtain a Powered Industrial Equipment Certification from Sysco within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, replenishment, and storage.
• Manage day Will Call functions, including replenishment, selection, and loading with proper temperature controls.
• Monitor labor hours and consumable supplies within budget.
• Prepare work schedules and shifts as needed.
• Ensure proper utilization of company assets and coordinate repairs.
• Coordinate with third party unloading service and inbound scheduling for efficient operations.
• Assist with training of new associates and cross-training existing staff.
• Enforce policies and procedures and handle disciplinary actions when required.
• Comply with OSHA, AIB, FDA, USDA and other regulatory requirements.
