Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead - Inbound to drive day-to-day inbound activities in our Compton, CA facility. You will oversee receiving, unloading, putaway, and replenishment, ensuring accuracy and safety while coordinating with frontline associates and leadership.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in warehouse roles, proven leadership, experience with WMS and RF scanners, and a track record of maintaining inventory accuracy in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Lead or senior associate role experience.
• Strong understanding of inbound operations (receiving, unloading, inspection, putaway, replenishment, inventory movement).
• Experience with WMS systems and RF scanners.
• Ability to coordinate workflow and provide direction to frontline associates.
• Strong focus on inventory accuracy and process controls.
• Leadership by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound workflow and ensure timely receiving, unloading, putaway, and replenishment.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between frontline associates and leadership.
• Maintain safety and operational discipline while achieving inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize inbound processes.
