Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead - Inbound to drive day-to-day inbound activities in our Compton, CA facility. You will oversee receiving, unloading, putaway, and replenishment, ensuring accuracy and safety while coordinating with frontline associates and leadership.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in warehouse roles, proven leadership, experience with WMS and RF scanners, and a track record of maintaining inventory accuracy in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Lead or senior associate role experience.
• Strong understanding of inbound operations (receiving, unloading, inspection, putaway, replenishment, inventory movement).
• Experience with WMS systems and RF scanners.
• Ability to coordinate workflow and provide direction to frontline associates.
• Strong focus on inventory accuracy and process controls.
• Leadership by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

The Warehouse Operations Lead - Inbound is responsible for driving day-to-day execution of inbound warehouse activities, ensuring materials and products are received, inspected, documented, and moved into appropriate storagelocations accurately and efficiently.

This role serves as the primary point of coordination for the inbound warehouse team, bridging frontline associates and leadership to ensure receiving, unloading, putaway, replenishment, and related inventory processes are executed safely,efficiently, and in alignment with company standards and WMS procedures.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can coordinate inbound workflow, support team performance, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure consistent operational discipline in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Skills and Requirements

• 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Prior experience in a lead or senior associate role.
