Target is seeking an Inbound Expert to greet guests, help locate products, and support daily operations on the sales floor. You will stock, price, and organize merchandise, operate handheld scanners, and assist back-up cashier and order pickup while maintaining safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates are 18+, comfortable with a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts, capable of lifting up to 44 pounds, and ready to learn through our training program. Benefits eligibility is available.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on GM categories and assist with back-up cashier duties or order pickup.
• Operate scanners and assist with Drive Up and other guest services while adhering to safety policies.
