Job summary

Target is looking for an inbound expert to create a friendly guest experience, assist shoppers, and maintain product availability on the sales floor. You will greet guests, help them locate items, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

The role supports back-up cashier duties and order pickup while complying with safety standards. You will work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you and positive attitude.
• Stock, organize, and straighten merchandise on the sales floor to maintain availability.
• Support guest services like back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive Up when needed.
