Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert to help guests with a friendly, efficient shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist with finding items, and resolve issues while supporting team members across daily operations.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with strong communication and multitasking skills, able to work nights and weekends as needed. Bi-level responsibilities include stocking and merchandising to ensure guest satisfaction and store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests warmly at 10ft and 4ft.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues for a smooth shopping trip.
• End every guest interaction with a thank you and friendly follow-up.
• Support peers and adapt to business needs while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Sort, stock and organize merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability for GM categories and assist with cycles.
