Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Stay focused in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a friendly, helpful interaction at various zones of the store.
• Assist guests in finding products and resolving issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Maintain product availability and stock organization on the sales floor.
• Operate with certified powered equipment when unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Follow safety, compliance, and operational procedures at all times.
• Assist guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and drive-up as needed.
