Job summary

Target is hiring an Inbound Expert to ensure a friendly, efficient shopping experience. You will greet guests, assist with finding items, and support cashiering and pickup services while maintaining high safety standards.

The role requires physical stamina to lift items up to 44 pounds, a flexible schedule, and teamwork in a fast-paced store environment. Training will cover product location, inventory, and guest engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Capable of lifting up to 44 pounds and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by engaging with guests and addressing needs.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, order pick up, and Drive Up while maintaining compliance.
• Stock, organize and straighten merchandise on the sales floor and keep GM categories available.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
