Job summary

Target is hiring an Inbound Expert to support General Merchandise operations in-store. You will greet guests, help locate products, and ensure accurate pricing and stock availability on the sales floor.

You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, handling cash and operating handheld scanners as needed. The role requires 18+ years old, a helpful attitude, and the ability to multi-task while following safety and store policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Capable of lifting up to 44 pounds and moving merchandise during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests and assist in finding items or resolving issues.
• Assist peers and support other areas as needed while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Sort, stock, organize and store reserve product; maintain merchandise availability on the salesfloor.
• Operate in compliance with safety policies and regulations.
• Support guest services like back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive Up duties.
