Target is hiring for an Inbound Expert to enhance the guest experience on the General Merchandise floor. You’ll ensure items are in stock, accurately priced, and properly signed while supporting daily operations and replenishment activities.

The role involves hands-on tasks, customer interaction, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. Training and safety compliance are emphasized to deliver a consistent shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
