Job summary

Target is hiring an Inbound Expert to support General Merchandise operations. You will sort, stock, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor while maintaining accuracy and safety. You’ll interact with guests and team members to deliver a welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.

Responsibilities

• Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the salesfloor for GM categories.
• Operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
