Job summary

Commure is hiring an SDR to handle inbound leads and drive early sales motions from our Lehi, Utah office. You will respond quickly, qualify prospects, and book meetings for Account Executives, collaborating with Marketing to improve lead quality.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in sales or a customer-facing role, strong communication, and comfort with CRM tools. This is a hands-on role with real impact, based on-site in Lehi.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Comfortable handling high inbound volume and live conversations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn within defined SLAs.
• 5 minutes speed to lead during business hours.
• Qualify inbound prospects using a structured discovery framework (BANT, MEDDICC-lite, etc.).
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Clearly articulate our value proposition and product benefits.
• Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly meeting and pipeline targets.
