Job summary

HTU is seeking an SDR to respond to inbound sales inquiries from Bellevue, WA. You will qualify prospects, coordinate product demonstrations with Account Executives and Solution Engineers, and ensure precise CRM record-keeping.

The role requires collaboration with the sales team, occasional coverage for peers, and meeting quarterly demo quotas. Local office presence in Bellevue is expected, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales support roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone and chat.
• Qualify prospects and understand their needs.
• Schedule product demos and meetings with AEs and SEs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and activities.
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth handoffs for qualified leads.
• Occasionally cover for other inbound SDRs during peak times.
• Meet quarterly quota targets for qualified demos completed.
