Job summary

Bluepeak is seeking an Inbound Sales Specialist to close sales over the phone and deliver a seamless customer experience from first contact to install. You will own the customer journey, provide product information, and ensure accurate quotes while supporting post-sale service.

The role emphasizes meeting or exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced telecom environment, handling inquiries, and maintaining strong communication with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of sales or call center experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Telecommunications experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Close sales over the phone following a prepared process.
• Ensure accurate price quotes and service information.
• Maintain positive communication with customers and team.
• Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, and text.
• Maintain knowledge of products, processes, and systems.
• Provide quality internal customer support.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and manage time efficiently.
