Job summary

Corpay is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative for its Small Fleet team in Brentwood, TN. You will identify prospects, qualify leads, and complete the sales cycle through to agreement, reporting to the Manager of Small Fleet and collaborating with the North American Trucking inside sales team.

The role emphasizes in-office presence, with formal training and a dedicated workspace in Brentwood. You will engage in post-initial contact activities and ongoing account development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.
• 1+ years of proven sales success is preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
• Exhibit professional skills and relate well with others.
• Excellent communication skills including verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling, allocating workloads, training, counseling, establishing goals and benchmarks, monitoring progress versus established goals.
• Performing initial contact by email or phone to potential prospects.
• Developing inside sales selling techniques.
• Initiating and completing research on new prospects in specific vertical markets.
• Obtaining complete and accurate customer contact information and other details as necessary.
• Entering all information in prospect database.
• Evaluating prospects to determine their potential.
• Completing presentation of appropriate program to potential prospects.
• Completing sales process with potential prospects that includes: initial call qualification, close of sale, start up and account development.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager or Vice President of Inside Sales
