Job summary

Incite Tax is seeking a driven Inbound Sales Representative to engage prospects, educate on tailored financial services, and turn leads into long-term clients. You will respond to inbound inquiries, conduct consultative calls, and nurture opportunities to drive revenue growth.

You will manage inbound calls, schedule discovery meetings, and deliver pricing agreements within 15 minutes of calls while focusing on rapid client onboarding and ongoing nurture campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in inbound sales or high-value service sales is a must.
• Exceptional organizational skills with rapid response times.
• Sales approach focuses on educating and building value for prospects.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Call Management: field inbound sales calls and engage prospects.
• Tailored Consultations: understand Incite Tax offerings to sell tailored solutions.
• Meeting Scheduling: set up discovery and consultation meetings.
• Rapid Agreement Turnaround: send pricing agreements within 15 minutes of a call.
• Client Onboarding: educate and transition leads to paying clients.
• Nurture Campaigns: send value-driven emails to 250+ leads weekly.
• Lead Nurturing: follow up with existing leads to stay top-of-mind.
• Industry Acumen: stay updated on tax industry trends.
• Process Innovation: seek ways to improve sales processes.
