Mosquito & Pest Authority in Richmond, VA seeks an Inbound Sales Specialist who converts inquiries into booked pest and mosquito services. You’ll guide customers through treatment plans and optimize technician routes to maximize stops while minimizing drive time.

Candidate will work in a fast-paced, multi-system, multi-priority environment. A proven close-rate mindset and ability to discuss averages and tickets are required; bonus potential is tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Proven inbound sales experience; closing mindset over order-taking.
• Experience in field service or trades with scheduling/routing.
• Able to work in a multi-system environment while handling multiple priorities.
• Comfortable discussing close rates and average ticket with data.
• Experience with Field Routes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound calls and web inquiries into booked services.
• Present treatment plan options and upsell appropriately.
• Build and optimize technician routes to maximize daily stops and minimize drive time.
• Maintain clean, accurate customer records for field readiness.
• Meet weekly and monthly conversion and revenue targets and self-correct as needed.
