Qualifications

• High School graduate / GED.
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Explain product and service offerings to new customers (telephone, text & email).
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office platforms.
• Assist in executing marketing initiatives (trade shows and special events).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through up-selling and cross selling while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain intimate knowledge of products/services and communicate them effectively.
• Establish and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly goals via strong telephone skills.
• Upsell opportunities identification.
• Handle inquiries related to product, pricing, and customer relations.
• Resolve customer inquiries accurately and promptly.
• Maintain and update customer files.
• Manage a high volume of calls and respond to all callers with quality service.
• Facilitate sales of all services per company requirements.
• Follow up on all outbound calls.
