Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Explain product and service offerings to customers (phone, text & email).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through up-selling and cross selling.
• Maintain knowledge of products or services and communicate with customers.
• Establish and maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals via telephone interactions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and handle inquiries about product, pricing, or complaints.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries accurately and timely.
• Maintain and update customer files and data entry.
• Manage high volume inbound calls with quality service.
• Support sales of services per company requirements.
• Follow up on outbound calls with customers.
