Mosquito & Pest Authority is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Virginia. You’ll engage with customers, handle inquiries, and support sales through up-selling techniques while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High School graduate/GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Explain products and services to customers via phone, text, and email.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office platforms.
• Assist in marketing initiatives (trade shows and events).
• Must have a valid VA Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities
