Job Title: Inbound Sales Development Representative

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Director of Marketing

Location: United States, Remote, M-F

Restriction: This opportunity is for candidates residing in the United States

Compensation: $26.45 Hourly w/ Variable Pay (up to $70,000 OTE) + Benefits

The Role

Intero Digital is looking to build out our sales and marketing departments by adding a sales development representative that is focused on our inbound leads and partner opportunities. We need your help to bring a playbook to life that educates and engages leads that have interacted with our website but have never booked a sales call with us.

As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales and marketing efforts, executing targeted outreach strategies and converting high-intent leads into meetings for our sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner Outreach: Targeting our partner hit list with email, phone, LinkedIn, and other creative outreach strategies.
  • Download Engagement: Engaging download and whitepaper leads, nurturing them into booked calls.
  • Ghosted Leads: Reaching out to past leads who filled out a form but never booked, getting them back in the pipeline.
  • Managing and following up on inbox responses from nurture campaigns and cold email sequences.
  • Proactively engaging and following up aggressively—you know that deals are won in the follow-up.
  • Testing and refining different outreach tactics to improve response rates and booking conversions.
  • Tracking and optimizing outreach sequences in CRM tools—organization is key.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to fine-tune messaging and strategies.

  • Hyper-Organized—You can track multiple outreach campaigns, keep a clean record, and stay on top of next steps.
  • Creative Approach—You think outside the box and aren’t afraid to try something new. We like awkward and different in this role!
  • Comfortable Talking To Strangers—You can get people to share their life stories.
  • CRM & Sales Tech Knowledge—Experience with a CRM or outreach tool is a plus. We use HubSpot.

Compensation

  • $26.45 hourly with variable pay of around $15,000 depending on performance.
  • OTE is around $65,000 to $70,000 annually.
