Job Description:

We’re looking for a Remote Inside Sales Development Representative to support lead conversion and customer success for a mission-driven company in the credit and financial wellness space.

In this fully remote, part-time role, you'll engage with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling), follow detailed scripts, and guide potential clients through credit repair solutions using a consultative and empathetic approach.

What You’ll Do:

  • Convert inbound, pre-qualified leads in the credit or financial space
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality consultations using pre-built scripts
  • Work with platforms like Salesforce, ZOHO, and Microsoft Suite
  • Meet and exceed sales KPIs and quality metrics
  • Provide a positive, client-first experience

What You Bring:

  • 1–2 years of B2C sales experience (credit or financial services preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
  • Familiarity with credit repair, credit cards, or financial wellness topics
  • Ability to learn and follow detailed sales processes
  • Must have a compatible personal device for system access
  • Paid training and onboarding support
