Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a primary contact for customers, entering orders, handling requests, and providing timely, courteous support. You will engage on inbound calls to promote Graybar goods and services and assist with product selection and application.

Responsibilities include coordinating orders, pricing, expediting, billing, and claims with a focus on top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
• Retail or counter sales experience is preferred.
• High School education completed.
• Two-year or four-year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact and liaison for customers to ensure total satisfaction.
• Enter orders and handle requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Sell Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide product selection and application support.
• Coordinate service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, and claims.
